I don’t have access to any of the guy dolls other than Jackson. To be honest, I haven’t been doll hunting in the past week or so (I’ve been broke), so I don’t even know if we have Jacksons.

But! I’m looking for a basic Abbey, too.

Mailed the Gloom Beach Ghoulia to my buyer today~
Which should hopefully get her there by Saturday but, knowing my luck, won’t get her there until Monday. Because the post office hates me.

I also bought a Lagoona fashion pack (I was looking for Ghoulia but my local store’s out again. Looks like I’ll have to hit up Ennis, TX on Monday!) because one of the lovely members of Monster High Collector was looking for it.

I won’t be able to mail her until tomorrow (‘cause I’m flat broke, but I’ll probably get tips from work tonight and I get paid tomorrow), but I’m always happy to help someone out.

Also, for another customer (the one also looking for Ghoulia’s pack), I have a Draculaura fashion pack set aside. As soon as I find another Ghoulia pack, I’m going to get them boxed up and weighed so I can charge her accurate shipping. ♥ It’ll be awesome!

I think it is more important to make yourself happy and help out others that love the fandom more than making money. As long as you aren’t losing money, I think that is awesome. I know how it is though to try and explain that to someone who isn’t a part of the fandom/community like that, they just don’t quite get it.

I am completely happy with my Ghoulia club set that you sent me because I didn’t have to pay a ridiculous amount over what it would have been in stores here had my stores actually carried it.

It is really hard to explain it to her. She doesn’t understand that they aren’t just dolls, but there are entire communities based around buying, collecting, and talking about these characters. She calls them my fancy Barbie dolls~

My mother’s mad at me for not charging more money to cover my shipping supplies. She thinks I should be making more money off of the dolls and accessories that I’m selling.

I don’t see why I should worry about it. *huffs* But mom thinks I’m doing this to make money off of it. One, my conscience would drive me crazy if I did that. And, two, my FRIENDS would beat me up if I did that. One of them squinted at me hard and asked why I was charging a couple of dollars more for the dolls than I paid. So I knocked the price down from what I was originally going to ask for them.

Anyway.

Rant over.

I just hate that my mother doesn’t understand that fandom, and reputation, mean more to me than money.

When I head up to the post office on Monday I’ll ask them how much it would cost to ship to Greece as well~!

And, the fashion packs are about $8.50 USD each, and they usually cost about $2 USD to ship to other US states, but I’m not sure how much they’d cost to ship to Greece. I’ll ask about that, too!

I have my own box from my Draculaura fashion pack, so I should be able to get a pretty accurate estimate.
